A: Yes, we offer free delivery for flower boards and standing flowers within the Jakarta area.
Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: Yes, for orders placed before 5 PM in the Jakarta area.

A: We accept bank transfers and QRIS.
Q: Do I need to pay before delivery?
A: Yes, payment is required after your order details are confirmed with our admin and before production begins.

A: On average, it takes about 2–3 hours depending on the size and design of the arrangement.
Q: Will I receive a photo of the product before delivery?
A: Yes, we will send you a photo for approval before we proceed with delivery.
Q: Do you provide delivery proof?
A: Yes, once the order is delivered, we can send you a photo of the delivery location via WhatsApp or email upon request.

A: Refunds are only available if production has not started or if the order cannot be delivered as scheduled.

Q: Is Sehat Flower Shop environmentally friendly?
A: Yes. We send our styrofoam waste to Kamibox so it can be properly processed and recycled instead of ending up in landfills.
